SKF Bearing

Deep groove ball bearing has deep groove geometry for high speeds and supporting both radial and axial loads. Its chrome steel construction makes it durable and resistant to deformity under heavy loads. The rubber seals on both sides of the bearing keep lubricant in and contaminants out, and it comes pre-lubricated from the manufacturer so that no additional lubrication is required. This deep-groove sealed ball bearing is for use in applications that involve combined radial and axial loads and a need for high running accuracy at high rotational speeds. Such applications include clutches, drives, gearboxes, compressors, pumps, turbines, and printing and textile machines, among others

Each SKF
bearing of standard design is given a
basic designation, which normally consists of three,
four or ive igures or a combination of letters and
igures. The igures shown on page 5 indicate the
basic desig nation system for the most common types
of rolling bearings.
These igures identify the following in the
order stated:
• The irst igure in the basic desig nation or,
alternatively, the irst letter or combination of
letters, denotes the bearing type. The bearing
types identiied by these designations can be seen
from the diagram on page 6 and in the accom
panying text.
• The second and third igures denote the
Dimension series (according to ISO); the irst
identiies the width or height ratio (B or T for width
and H for height) and the other the Diameter
series (D).
• The two inal igures in the basic designation,
when multiplied by ive, identify the bore diameter
d in mm, with the following exceptions
